If you are using the OpdiTracker software to control an Imation Disc Stakka, please refer to the Imation web site for product overview and the Imation support site for support information.

If you are using the OpdiTracker software as a stand-alone product, or to control hardware other than an Imation Disc Stakka, please follow these steps:

  1. Make sure that the OpdiTracker software is running:
    • Windows: Open Windows Explorer and ensure you can navigate to OpdiTracker and individual Disc Stakka units.
    • Mac: Open the OpdiTracker application window and ensure you can navigate to individual Disc Stakka units.
       
  2. Make sure that you are using the latest version of the OpdiTracker software.
     
  3. Review the FAQs, online help and other support information provided on this web site to see whether they contain the information you need.
     
  4. Run OpdiTracker's diagnostic tools to try to identify any problems. See the online help for instructions.
     
  5. If you are still having problems, contact the OpdiTracker support team for assistance at support@opdicom.com
