This download is for anyone who sees the following error message when attempting to download the OpdiTracker software:
"OpdiTracker installation does not support the language of your edition of Microsoft Windows."
The OpdiTracker software itself is available only in English. You are able to run this version of OpdiTracker on any language version of Microsoft Windows.
Install OpdiTracker
- Make sure you meet the minimum software and hardware requirements listed below.
- Click the link below to download the OpdiTracker installation utility, and then select to Save it to your computer's desktop. Note that if you are using Windows XP SP2, you may need to "allow blocked content" to download this file.
- Double-click the utility from your computer's desktop to run it.
This utility checks to see whether your computer has the correct versions of all prerequisite software required by the OpdiTracker application. Follow the instructions in the utility to install or update any software required. The length of time this takes varies depending on the number of updates required.
Note: If you need to restart your computer after loading the prerequisite software, you will also need to restart the OpdiTracker installation utility to complete this operation.
- When a message tells you that all necessary prerequisites are installed, click the Install OpdiTracker link in the utility and follow the instructions to download and install the OpdiTracker application.

Software requirements
- Microsoft Windows XP, 2000 (SP4), ME or 98 SE
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.1 or higher
Hardware requirements
- Pentium II processor (minimum)
- 64 MB RAM (recommended)
- 200 MB free disk space
- USB 1.1 or 2.0 compliant port
- CD or DVD drive for capturing disc content
